So, I found this cool website and I'm posting a link because I think it ties into sustainability...and it's cool and it builds vocab and feeds the hungry. :-)
The 'coffee cup crusade' is a personal sustainability project aimed at incorporating better consumer habits into my lifestyle. By carrying a non-disposable mug with me everywhere, I can reduce/eliminate the amount of unnecessary disposable cups I use...effectively erasing some of my carbon-footprint while reducing the amount of waste I send to the landfill. (Read more about this blog and the concept at the bottom of this right-side column.)

A BIG thanks to everyone at the BSSD business office for posting their MugShots.
Thank you to the ladies at Mission Bay Housing! They're using their own mugs AND they featured us in their MB Tenant Update e-newsletter!
This blog will examine the life-cycle of the to-go cup as well as both the environmental and health concerns associated with paper and plastic to-go cups.
Yes, my main concentration is disposable coffee cups (because of my coffee consumer habits), but this personal sustainability project [PSP] can be applied to any disposable cup or food container.
If you think carrying a mug is a simple lifestyle change you can make too, by all means, join the coffee cup crusade...send us a MugShot...or start a PSP of your own!
